Commercial Solicitor

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Commercial Solicitor to join their esteemed team in Bristol. This role presents a thrilling opportunity to be involved in transformative projects, managing a wide range of IT and BPO outsourcings, digital data protection, and intricate commercial contracts across various sectors.

What you'll do:

As a Commercial Solicitor, you will:

• Lead and assist on commercial contracts, outsourcing and core technology contracts across sectors
• Negotiate contracts within the retail & consumer, business support services and fintech sectors
• Deliver legal and commercial solutions to clients
• Cultivate trusted relationships with clients to provide an exceptional client experience
• Support business development to further expand your network and the practice
• Work efficiently and commercially while understanding the significance of financial hygiene

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Commercial Solicitor role will bring:

• 2-6 years of PQE or equivalent relevant expertise in commercial contracts, technology and outsourcing
• Capability to deliver legal and commercial solutions
• Experience in establishing cooperative working relationships with clients and colleagues
• Commitment to business development for network expansion
• Efficiency and commercial awareness with understanding of financial hygiene
• Ability to develop junior team members and support their ambitions
