Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Our client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, for their team in Bristol. Ranked highly in the Legal 500. The successful candidate will have the chance to handle claims across various sectors, making it an exceptional base to develop their career.

What you'll do:

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor based out of the Bristol office, you will:

• Handle a wide variety of dispute resolution work including procurement, contract disputes, intellectual property, professional negligence, banking, defamation, fraud, amongst others.
• Manage your own caseload across the range of specialisms.
• Support Partners and Associates on more complex and large-scale claims.
• Get involved in a range of business development activities.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Commercial Litigation Solicitor role will bring:

• 1-2 years qualified experience within Commercial Litigation (open to NQs)
• Proactive and flexible in working both individually and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Enthusiasm about delivering excellent quality service to clients.
• Ability to use initiative and forward-plan.
• Very good academic achievement.
