We are recruiting for an incredible opportunity for someone who is both fluent in English and Mandarin.

This is a great opportunity for someone keen to work in an entreprenurial and dynamic business that will be positively changing all the time.

It is essential that you are fluent in both English & Mandarin.

Role notes:

Corporate and commercial legal support:

o Provide legal support on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation for asset management activities and family office transactions.

Transactions and property acquisition legal support:

o Provide legal support for transactions such as M&A and property acquisitions, including drafting legal documents and supervising and coordinating with external law firms.

Management team and Family Office advisory:

o Offer legal support and guidance on personal affairs and investment structures for the management team and family office members, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory frameworks.

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years PQE in any of the following:

- asset management

- private wealth

- family office
