Legal Counsel

Our client is looking for a talented Legal Counsel to be part of a dynamic legal team in the West Midlands. They are seeking a talented and dedicated professional to provide legal support to their European Legal Team, serving as a trusted advisor to internal European clients.

As Legal Counsel will be involved with Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate high-value commercial agreements, including but not limited to distribution agreements, supplier agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements.

You will also be involved with Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant European regulations, such as GDPR, antitrust laws and industry-specific standards. Provide guidance on compliance programs to mitigate legal and reputational risks.

You will:

-Be UK qualified with 3 years PQE Commercial contracts ideally gained in an in-house setting

-Knowledge of international legal processes/systems and corporate governance would be beneficial.
