About the Opportunity: We are seeking a talented Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join a renowned organisation based in Birmingham, known for its commitment to excellence and innovation. This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to work two days a week in the office and the rest from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of commercial contracts to support business objectives including but not limited to software licences, hardware and software maintenance, SaaS and cloud services and professional services agreements.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and contract management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and support business strategies.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting commercial contracts.

You will be:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years of experience in commercial contracts.
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in a commercial environment, with a focus on risk management.
