Client Contracts Lawyer Birmingham (Hybrid) My client, a multi-award winning Legal 500 and UK Top 100 law firm are looking for a Client Contracts Lawyer to join their rapidly expanding in-house legal function, in their Birmingham office. This opportunity allows for the successful Client Contracts Lawyer to work on a range of commercial and risk orientated matters, in a Birmingham based team that has a wealth of experience and expertise behind them.

About the role

The successful Client Contracts Lawyer will:

• Review a range of client-facing commercial contracts and deliver risk-sensitive advice;
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver practical advice on a range of contractual issues;
• Help manage and mitigate compliance, legal and commercial risk globally to the firm.

About you

The successful Client Contracts Lawyer will have at least one year of post qualification experience in commercial contracts. You will also ideally have:

• A commercial, client-focused approach;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Valuable commercial contracts or risk and compliance experience.

You must be able to commute to their Birmingham office on a hybrid basis.
