About the Role
This role is for a NQ Solicitor with a commercial/corporate background.

This role offers a wide variety of responsibilties, including:
•Drafting for pension scheme documentation
•Preparing advice notes for clients
•Preparing training for clients
•Attending client meetings
•Preparing presentations for business development seminars
•Carrying out pensions due diligence on corporate transactions

About the Person
•Excellent academics and training in a top-tier law firm
•0-1 years PQE
•Be able to take your own initiative and develop strong business skills
•Ability to work effectively as part of a team
