A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a qualified solicitor to join one of the leading Energy & Infrastructure teams based in Leeds.

As well as being a natural choice for FTSE100 clients and for the best talent, the legal establishment not only provides technical excellence but, crucially, demonstrates a real insight into its clients. This team advises on commercial work relating to energy, infrastructure, transport and many types of public and private sector transactions, and consists of alumni from banking, construction, corporate, and real estate.

You will be helping service the firm’s ever-growing roster of major infrastructure, energy and utilities, transport, health, local authority and central government clients. In addition to big ticket work, the team covers a whole range of smaller matters, providing a great opportunity for client contact and experience of running your own transactions in a supportive environment.　

Based in the firm’s Leeds office, but part of the wider national team, this position would suit a qualified lawyer cNQ-3 PQE that has strong academic record and hands-on experience drafting commercial agreements. The successful candidate will possess the ability to actively support the team on complex transactions, liaising and coordinating with fee earners from other relevant disciplines as needed.
