Professional Support Lawyer

A unique opportunity in Bristol has emerged for a Professional Support Lawyer to become part of an energetic Banking & Finance team. This role provides the platform to engage in diverse transactions across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, transport, tech and real estate. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in increasing the growth of the team and ensuring technical excellence.

What you'll do:

As a Professional Support Lawyer, your role will:

• Develop and coordinate a comprehensive training program
• Identify and address knowledge and skills gaps within the team
• Deliver and manage training sessions
• Curate and manage the team's knowledge
• Conduct legal research to stay updated on banking and finance developments
• Oversee the team's precedent suite and document automation platforms
• Promote best practices across the team
• Engage with other Professional Support Lawyers both internally and externally

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Professional Support Lawyer role will bring:

• Relevant experience working on Banking & Finance matters
• Experience of Professional Support Lawyer type tasks
• Qualified Banking & Finance Lawyer registered with the SRA or Law Society of Scotland
• Ability to identify and address knowledge and skills gaps within a team
• Experience in developing and coordinating training programs
• Strong legal research skills
