Job Title: Senior Associate - Banking & Finance Job Type: 12 Month FTC Location: Birmingham, Hybrid Pay: Competitive based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Represent banks, borrowers, and private equity houses on mid-market and investment-grade banking matters
Draft and negotiate loan facilities, security agreements, and inter-creditor documents
Advise on corporate lending, asset-backed finance, and project finance transactions
Provide counsel on cross-border transactions and collaborate with international legal counsel
Play a key role in ISDA and hedging documentation and other finance structures
Work closely with corporate, real estate, pensions, and construction teams


Ideal Candidate:

5-8 years of legal experience with a strong background in banking and finance
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to manage high-value transactions with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and a self-motivated, proactive approach
Business development experience and a collaborative mindset
