What you'll do:
As a Transaction Manager, your role will be pivotal in supporting transactions across the Capital Markets team. You will handle complex matter management, coordinate listing processes, manage closings, and prepare for transaction milestones. Your ability to conduct research on legal developments will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining practice notes and standard forms while also drafting presentations and legal updates. Your responsibilities will also include preparing document bundles and providing general administrative support.
* Working across the Capital Markets team and providing support on cross border transactions.
* Dealing with complex matter management, supporting multiple streams including coordinating on listing processes and managing CPs/closings.
* Preparing for transaction milestones.
* Conducting research on legal developments.
* Assisting in the maintenance of practice notes and standard forms.
* Drafting presentations and legal updates.
* Preparing document bundles.
* Providing general administrative support.

The ideal Transaction Manager candidate brings substantial experience in matter management or transactional coordination within professional services or similar sectors. You possess a strong academic record coupled with intellectual curiosity and commercial awareness.
