Leveraged Loans Lawyer - 12mths - £600pd

Global financial services business looking for a Leveraged Loans Lawyer to cover a 12 month maternity leave. This is a hybrid role with 3 to 4 days required in the office (Canary Wharf)

The postholder will be providing legal support and advice to the credit finance business unit, and will be the sole lawyer in London supporting this function. Whilst most of the work will focus on UK/ European business, there will be the occasional requirement to cover US operations.

The candidate should be experienced enough to be relatively self-sufficient (the person being covered is an experienced VP). You will have a strong background in leveraged loans. Experience of fund finance and, to a lesser extent, CLOs would be beneficial but is not required. UK and EU regulatory experience is also expected (e.g. RRP, LIBOR) insofar as is required to support a credit finance business (i.e. the person need not be a regulatory expert but should expect to engage in regulatory analysis and implementation relating to the business supported).

Please note that the daily rate quoted is the rate via an umbrella company (agency PAYE would be lower than that)
