A leading Global Investment Management Firm are looking for a Legal Assistant to join the Legal Team on a permanent basis. The role will report to the Head of Legal for the UK and EMEA and would suit someone with at least 1 years experience in a similar role.
About the role
You will be joining a close legal team, playing an integral part in the teams operations and working collaboratively with global stakeholders in London, the US and Luxembourg predominantly.
As Legal Administrator your responsibilities will include:
keeping up to date with the overall running of a busy lean legal team;
scanning, filing and re-naming documents into the document management system;
assisting in the execution of documents;
arranging board packs and company secretarial work;
assisting in diary management/set up of meetings and other general administrative duties;
and occasionally, preparing investment management agreements.
The position requires an individual who has at least one years experience of working in a similar capacity, ideally supporting a Legal, Risk or Compliance function. You must be detail-oriented and able to prioritise workload and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
The role offers a competitive base salary and hybrid working in high-tech offices in Central London.
