Paralegal – Banking Birmingham Are you an ambitious Paralegal seeking a role in an International law firm? Do you have experience in Banking or Finance? If so, please get in touch. About the Role: The successful Banking Paralegal will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of well-known clients and advise on a variety of issues. You will gain from exposure to the following: • A balance of technical, administrative, and relationship development tasks • Working as part of a cross-national team • Drafting and reviewing documents • Management of client reporting systems and document maintenance No two days will be the same and you will have the opportunity to work with market leading clients.
About the Banking Paralegal:
You will be an experienced paralegal, ideally having worked in banking or finance previously. Having done so at a reputable Private Practice or In House organisation. It would also be beneficial to your application if you have completed your LPC, although this is not essential.
Essential attributes include:
• Competent commercial judgement;
• Ability to work well in teams and individually;
• The ability to develop strong and lasting relationships;
• A genuine interest in legal technological development.
