Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor NQ Birmingham Are you a forward-thinking and enthusiastic newly qualified Solicitor seeking a role in an International law firm? Do you have experience in Restructuring or Insolvency in your training contract? If so, please get in touch. About the Role: The successful R&I Solicitor will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of well-known clients and advise on a variety of cases. You will gain from exposure to the following • A balance of non-contentious and contentious work • Working as part of a cross-national team • Development of new and existing client relationships • Acting for international clients No two days will be the same and you will have the opportunity to work with market leading clients.
About the R&I Solicitor:
You will be a UK qualified solicitor, ideally having worked in transactional insolvency previously. Having done so at a reputable Private Practice or In House organisation.
Essential attributes include:
• Competent commercial judgement;
• Ability to work well in teams and individually;
• The ability to develop strong and lasting relationships;
• Strong technical knowledge.
