Banking Solicitor NQ – 5 Years PQE Manchester Are you a forward-thinking and enthusiastic Banking Solicitor seeking a role in an International law firm? Do you have experience in banking or completed a transactional seat in your training contract? If so, please get in touch. About the Role: The successful Banking Solicitor will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients and advise on both the lender and borrower side. You will gain from exposure to the following • Acquisition Financing • Financing transactions • Asset-Based Lending No two days will be the same and you will have the opportunity to work with market leaders in the Banking sector.
About the Banking Solicitor:
You will be a UK qualified solicitor having previously worked in either Real Estate finance or Corporate finance. Gained at a reputable Private Practice or In House organisation.
Ideally you will have circa 0-5 years PQE. Differing levels of experience will be considered if the requisite skills are demonstrable.

• The ability to develop strong and lasting relationships;
• Strong organisational and time management skills
