About the Banking/Lending Lawyer.
As the banking/lending lawyer, you will be coming in at a senior capacity so a minimum of three years post qualification experience is required, the ideal PQE being between four to five, however other levels of experience will be considered if you meet the requisite skills.
A solid background in banking/lending (LMA) documentation from a leading London/US law firm or in house financial equivalent is essential, from a drafting, reviewing and negotiation perspective.
It would be desirable for the candidate to have previous in house experience by way of a secondment or otherwise, but this is not essential.
If you feel you have the desired skills for the role, please do get in touch on firstname.lastname@example.org or click the link to apply.
