This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a top tier Investment Bank based in the city. This company are looking for an experienced DCM paralegal to join their team on a temporary basis.
Thos role is a temporary position starting as soon as possible for a duration of around 6 months, however this is TBC. The salary is competitive!

Preferably in-house position or Law firm focusing on international capital markets. Emphasis on being a team player with strong organisational and communication skills.
DCM Capital Markets Paralegal within the Transaction Management Group which is part of Global Capital Markets (GCM) and is responsible for covering primarily DCM, focusing on executing capital markets transactions.
The responsibilities include assisting GCM on medium term note programmes updates (mainly dealerships), syndicated and non-syndicated takedowns off medium term note programmes, participation's and on some administrative functions within the team.
The role will involve working closely with the business in the execution of transactions, advising on the regulatory and legal framework in which the business operates and working closely with the issuers in connection with the programmes.
The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate good technical expertise and communication skills and work effectively with colleagues as a member of the team.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience within the international capital markets department in private law practice or in-house legal or transaction management experience in a similar team. UK, European or US qualifications as well as experienced in-house transaction managers will be considered.
The role will also involve: answering day to day team queries, ensuring all matters are responded to in a timely fashion and escalating where necessary for resolution, liaising with internal Business Units, including Legal, Compliance, Client On boarding and Operations teams.
