Key Responsibilities. * Draft and negotiate derivative, repo and other transactions * Advising on regulatory changes directly impacting supported business lines * Provide advice to various areas within the broader derivatives function * Split work between transaction management, transaction document drafting and having foresight to assist in changes in regulations impacting the business

Your Key Skills.

• A sound knowledge of law when applied to financial markets
• Wide knowledge of derivatives and related collateral arrangements (ISDA documentation, and/or GMRA and/or GMSLA)
• A practical and commercially savvy approach to problem solving
• Advantageous skill would be a broader general knowledge of debt capital markets.
