About the Competition/Antitrust Lawyer. This is a great opportunity for a experienced Competition/Antitrust Lawyer to join a global investment bank in London, reporting directly to the Global Coordinator of the Antitrust Expert Group.
- Interacting with the UK antitrust authorities, including Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Competitions & Markets Authority (CMA)
- Adapting to changes in the laws and regulations that are applicable to the Bank (such as, Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME)
- Advising senior stakeholders on competition law risks and identifying, analysing and managing the Bank’s to antitrust risk
- Implementing and maintaining Antitrust Compliance Policy.
Your Key Skills.
As the Competition/Antitrust Lawyer, you will have at least four years experience in either a financial institution or private practice equivalent (however a different level of experience would be considered if you meet the requisite skills) your skill set within Competition will be directly relevant to matters in financial services.
