What will this position involve with Robert Walters?

• This opportunity to join the legal private practce desk with a remite across London and surrounding regions.
• This is a top performing legal division, who a consistently achieving targets and expanding their networks across the legal industry.
• You will have the opportunity to work with top US and UK magic circle law firms, from NQ to Partner level mandates.
• You will have the autonomy to network with clients and candidates at industry events, roundtables and host lunches.
• This is one of our most established and reputable teams across Robert Walters. As such, you can leverage internal relationships from day 1 and have the support from experienced consultants.

What are we looking for in the right candidate?

• The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 360 recruitment role, including business development.
• Experience in legal recruitment is highly desirable but we are open to hearing from candidates with experience in other recruitment sectors.
• Strong commercial mindset
• A team-based and collaborative mindset is essential for success in this role.
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills are required.
