Key Responsibilities;

As a Recruitment Consultant with us, you’ll join a team of recruiters who are specialists in their niche markets. Your role will involve managing the recruitment process from beginning to end, providing an exceptional level of service to clients and candidates alike. You’ll look to establish a strong pipeline of high calibre candidates within your sector so we can always match the right people to the right roles.

Some of your day to day tasks might include;

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing your candidate database.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

What do we look for in a graduate recruitment consultant?

• Sales experience is essential or alternatively, previous recruitment experience is desirable.
• We look for professional, self-motivated and driven individuals who hold themselves to a high standard.
• You will be a team player and enjoy working collaboratively with other teams.
• The ideal candidate will have experience working towards targets or KPIs.
