What will this position involve with Robert Walters?

• This opportunity to join the Financial Services division recruiting across buy-side hedge funds, investment banking and banking.
• A full 360 position, managing all aspects of the recruitment life cycle from candidate generation and sourcing to new business development.
• Work closely with our existing client base, maintaining strong relationships and growing our market presence.
• Seek out new business opportunities with this sector and expand our client base.
• You will work collaboratively with your Robert Walters colleagues and cross-sell business opportunities.

What are we looking for in the right candidate?

• The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 360 recruitment role.
• Experience in finance recruitment is highly desirable but we are open to hearing from candidates with experience in other recruitment sectors.
• Strong commercial mindset
• A team-based and collaborative mindset is essential for success in this role.
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills are required.
