An exciting HR-tech start-up is looking for Ruby on Rails and React developers to join their team.
This HR-tech start-up is building and selling all-in-one talent acquisition software that helps in-house recruitment teams attract, hire, and retain the best talent. Currently working with 350 clients with headcounts ranging from 50 to 20000.
This is a self-sustaining start up which is already generating revenue.
Currently a company of 29, you will join an engineering team of 5 responsible for building and maintaining the product.
The ideal candidate has a passion for tackling complexity and building software which is simple and scalable.
Tech stack used by the start-up includes; Ruby on Rails, React, Typescript, Web app development and MVC Frameworks.
Salary ranges from 60-80k (dependent on skills and experience) as well as; remote working, unlimited holidays, meaningful equity allocation and top of the line health care for you and your family (in the UK).
