Fantastic opportunity in Worcestershire to work for a well known organisation who are looking to grow their solutions delivery team.

As part of the recruitment campaign, an IT Delivery Coordinator is required to join the team to ensure all of the requests within the team are dealth with efficiently.

Salary on offer is 24-30k plus benefits.

Responsibilites:-

• Daily co-ordination of the tasks for the Solution Delivery Team inclusive of ensuring agreed work packages are allocated accordingly and work activities planned, together with dealing with initial queries to the team to ensure prompt turnaround to all customer enquiries

• To support the Solution Delivery Team in monitoring all work schedules and demand, liaising with key stakeholders and updating relevant information on the Programme of Work and Programme of Change

• To review and ensure all work received into the team is prioritised in accordance with service provisions and have a detailed knowledge of all ICT project work packages under the team’s control, with a good understanding of the delivery milestones of each one

• To maintain project configuration management/knowledge and arrange for project support such as arranging workshops, supplier visits and other general PMO support for project team

Key Skills:-

• Project Support Office experience

• Excellent communication skills experience in both written and verbal, and also to be able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels

• Excellent understanding of an ICT Solutions Delivery environment and its priorities.

• Experience of planning, scheduling and co-ordinating the delivery of technology products, services and new technology
