Head of IT Training & Change (Global Role)

A global FTSE 250 business embarking on a major ERP transformation are looking for a Head of IT Training & Change.
Delivering the training strategy for all IT business you will have a large remit to deliver tailored solutions for the various business units and Geographical locations.
You will be working closely with the global C Suite plus a wide range of stakeholders as you deliver the training from end to end.
The Role:
- Take responsibility for the creation and delivery of the Training strategy for all Technology enabled business change programmes with a focus on the global ERP rollout.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders (C Suite) along with Planning & Delivery teams, Project Managers and L&D functions.
- Take ownership of the agreed timelines ensuring the delivery of training is up to speed with the wider project.
- Bring new ideas & innovative solutions to the Senior team.
- Manage the IT Change & Training team, upskilling and mentoring where necessary.
- Liaise with global HR & L&D teams and drive forward best practice.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in driving training strategy within a global business ideally during an ERP transformation.
- Able to demonstrate creating and delivering training strategies.
- Confident in creating and influencing Senior Stakeholders to ensure the right strategy is implemented.
- Experience in a wide range of training approaches from face to face through to digital channels.
- Experience managing a team and upskilling junior members as and when needed.
- Although minimal there could be international travel on occasion, you will need to be able to do so if needed.
- Develop simple, deliverable plans based on pragmatic new thinking, ideas, or concepts.
- Able to analyse opportunities and problems to make good and timely decisions.
