Integration Programme Manager International £50K- £75K We have partnered a client with a growing portfolio of sites across Europe, over the past few years they have been driving rapid growth through acquisition. With a significant presence across Europe and continued expansion they have been using a consultancy to run the post-acquisition integrations, however due to the volume and the roadmap of continuous growth they are now looking to build an in-house integration team. We are working with the client to recruit a further 2 Integration Consultants. We’re looking for people with experience of delivering and embedding large-scale technical rollouts across Europe, covering technical, operational, legal and HR processes. The client are happy for these candidates to be located anywhere in Europe as there will be a substantial amount of international travel required with the role.

Duties will include:

• Post-acquisition integration of standardised systems and processes into newly and previously acquired European sites

• Delivering business readiness for new processes to ensure the new technology and processes are successfully taken up and embedded

• Change delivery strategy and roadmap development

• Implementation of strong governance and reporting to ensure excellent visibility across the group

• Effective management of senior stakeholders at a local and group level

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Experience of post-acquisition integration of large-scale complex technologies

• Experience of working on embedding new technologies across multiple European or global sites

• Flexibility to be on European client site 2- 3 days per week

• Knowledge of a European language would be beneficial
