An exciting opportunity has arisen for a national organisation in London who are in phase two of some very exciting programmes.
As part of the recruitment campaign a programme manager is required to Devising project plans for and assuring delivery of RDG priority projects, including; e2e concept, define, deploy and transition to BAU and to build the optimal project delivery structure (people, methodology, plan, budget and governance) to meet the project vision.manage numerous programmes of a large schedule in the region of 20m.
Salary on offer is Up to £85,000.00 plus benefits.
- Devising project plans for and assuring delivery of priority projects
- Leading the work stream managers (5-10 work streams), using a clear and appropriate project methodology e.g. agile or waterfall on all project related work streams, to include (but not limited to); Customer Strategy and Proposition, Design, Technology Services, Communications & Education, Data & Insights, Marketing, PMO, Governance & Control
Ensure the best value of service through supplier management (expected to manage a multi-supplier matrix on delivery), new business tenders, end-to-end service reviews of suppliers, supplier governance frameworks and service monitoring with SLAS.
First assignment will be project managing an in-flight, established Smart Ticketing programme
Solid relationship building skills
Degree or equivalent, with at least, 4-5 year's relevant programme management experience, with a proven track record of successful delivery
Agile / Scrum Master / Kanban / Scaled Agile / Prince 2 or other project management training
The ability to lead a team and nurture strong cross-functional relationships
