2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Specific duties & responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional level of IT support to Mundipharma Global CFO and Finance leadership team at the Pall Mall office based in London.
- Provide backup support for other Executive/Board members as and when required.
- Broad and in depth technical knowledge of all end user computing platforms specifically MacOS, iOS, Windows.
- Log, manage and resolve Incidents and Requests associated to this group with the highest priority.
- Be proactive in identifying improvements that can further optimise the IT environments for the group supported.
- Have exceptional knowledge in supporting and maintaining audio visual and video conferencing equipment within meeting rooms utilised by this group.
- Be proactive in testing and preparing for meetings being attended by this group that are supported by Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex conference technology.
- Work with 3rd party providers to enable remote meetings with technology that will support the requirements of the meeting
- Out of hours 24/7 support In the event urgent IT assistance is required by members of this group.
- Onboarding and offboarding (from IT perspective) including IT inductions for new members of this group.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years working in an IT support role
- Previous experience of MacOS & Windows essential.
- Proven experience supporting users within a fast paced, high-pressure organisation
- At least one IT Related Certification (College, University, Microsoft, Cisco)
- Microsoft Desktop Support/Engineer Certification preferred
- University Degree in IT related topic preferred
