You will be responsible for the delivery of specialist 2nd/3rd line support, assisting the Technical Support Analysts in incident resolution. Key in the identification of problem analysis and reporting key trends to the Enterprise Applications Manager. Liaising closely across the IS Team on detailed resolution, helping to deliver applications to the business.

Responsibilities of role;

• Deliver high quality technical documentation for all specialist applications.
• Implement scheduled program changes in line with business requirements.
• Implementation of new IS infrastructure and equipment.
• Lead IS role in specific partnering relationships with key business users for IS input into business driven projects.
• The need for a high level of organisational skills and ability to work under own supervision.

Technical skills;

• Citrix/ VMware
• Endpoint/ Intune
• Horizon
• Azure/ O365

Stakeholder and project management is essential as this role works closely with business led projects making sure that the IS element is correct and fit for purpose. The office is based in York but home working can be flexible with a requirement of once per week in the office!
