Service Desk Engineer – Manchester
£33K – Hybrid remote working
A market leading company in their industry have vacancies available for enthusiastic IT professionals to join the Service Desk.
The role has become available due to massive amounts of growth within the company and will be responsible for providing both deskside and remote support across the companies facilities. His role offers excellent opportunities to progress within the company and flexible home working with 3 days working from home per week.
You will be required to have experience working on a service desk providing 1st & 2nd Line support and experience with the following -
- Windows 10 & Office 365
- Virtualisation (Hyper V/ VMware)
- Troubleshooting
- Hardware/ Software Support
- Active directory
- Exchange
- ITIL
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
