Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 troubleshooting & general hardware support is necessary.
As a 1st Line Support Analyst, you will be responsible for working directly with end users providing 1st line technical support via phone & email logging all tickets within the agreed SLA timeframes.
Provide 1st line support for hardware and software issues to all users.
Log all calls onto the system ensuring all notes are logged onto system.
Work to agreed time frames.
Escalate issues where necessary.
Microsoft Windows 10 troubleshooting experience.
O365 exposure & experience in Teams / Onedrive.
Active Directory administration experience.
General hardware/software problem solving ability.
An interest and passion for IT.
