This is great opportunity for a deployment engineer with Previous experience of Microsoft Windows deployment to make the next step in your career.
You will be responsible for defining the approach and delivery for all end user device builds across the business and will have a significant voice in the direction of how this is done moving forward.
The role:
- Undertake and complete end user device builds to a high standard using Windows Deployment Services (WDS) and InTune/AutoPilot.
- Quality control all devices before they are sent out.
- Ensure documentation is created and maintained as part of the builds process
- Encourage and introduce new ways of working that will improve quality and efficiency of the new build process.
- Take ownership of the ongoing workload and ensure SLA’s are hit.
- Provide on-site assistance for customers across pickups, drop-offs etc
- Deliver exceptional customer service and want to go the extra mile for your customers.
Requirements:
- Experience in Microsoft Windows deployments especially within Windows Deployment Services (WDS), Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) or Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager SCCM).
- Active Directory/Group Policy, Azure Active Directory, O365 and Exchange account administration
- End-user application installation/configuration
- Organisation and prioritisation
- Excellent customer communication
- Antivirus (particularly ESET & Sophos)
- General hardware/software troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
