Robert Walters is working in partnership with a UK market leading business. They specialise in designing luxury bespoke products for commercials, industrial and domestic customers. With a long-standing industry across multiple industries, they are now expanding their technology offering and keen to appoint an IT Desktop Support Analyst, offeirng a salary between £25,000 to £27,000 per annum, based out of their Tamworth offices.
As an experienced IT Desktop Support Analyst, you will work closely with Group IT and the wider business, to ensure IT services are developed and provided to support the delivery of daily support duties in line with business strategy.
IT Desktop Support Analyst – Duties:
- 2nd line desktop support
- Laptop builds
- Set up users
- Mobile telephony support
- O365 – support issues
- Analysis, monitor support incidents and queries
- Ensure upkeep of documentation
- Escalation contact for incidents
The permanent opportunity for an IT Desktop Support Analyst, will pay a salary range of £25,000 to £27,000 plus benefits. This is an opportunity to work for a market leading business, based out of their Tamworth offices, that has grown year on year.
