Robert Walters are currently supporting a growing global engineering business looking to add an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst to their team on a 6 month contract basis based in their Manchester office.
To be considered you will have:
• Previous exposure to a busy service desk environment
• IT infrastructure and networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
• Experience with Microsoft technologies (Office 365, Windows Server, AD, Exchange, Office)
• Able to demonstrate excellent problem diagnosis and troubleshooting skills
• New computer (Desktop &Laptop) builds and redeployment
• Windows 10 support
As a 2nd Line Support Analyst you will be part of a team responsible for dealing with all IT support requests from across the global business.
This role will be based in their Manchester office but flexible working is possible.
