Robert Walters is working in partnership with a UK marketing leading solutions business. They work with a global client base ranging from SME to FTSE listed businesses. Due to continued growth within the technology team, they are looking to appoint an experienced IT Support Analyst to be based in the Solihull offices paying a salary range of £20,000 to £23,000 with a hybrid working model.
As an experienced IT Support Analyst, you will deliver technical support for the business, supporting both external clients and internal stakeholders.
IT Support Analyst: Experience and Duties
- Provide 2nd line support, queries, incidents and restore systems
- Accurate call logging and document resolutions
- Windows operating systems
- MAC experience
- Office 365
- Building desktop and laptops
The permanent opportunity for an IT Support Analyst will pay a salary range of £20,000 to £23,000 plus benefits and be based in the Solihull offices. This is an opportunity to join the UK’s largest digital agency who have continued to grow year on year.
