This role will sit within the Service and Transformation function, responsible for the operation and delivery of technology change/transformation and operates on the concepts of “DevOps” to accelerate the delivery of change within the function.
Essential
• Troubleshooting Microsoft Client O/S (Win 10)
• Maintaining Windows as a Service (Evergreening)
• Understanding of common PC applications (Office 2016 / 365)
• Microsoft Active Directory / Group Policy management;
• Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager 2012+
• Application Packaging (App-V / MSI)
Desirable
• Ivanti Environment Manager 10.x
• Ivanti Application Control 10.x
• Citrix XenDesktop 7.6 and above
