I am working with a business based in Cheadle as their team expands. The 1st Line Support Technician to be the first point of contact for technical queries received face to face or over the phone. You will be experienced with 1st line responsibilities and Microsoft environments - Active Directory, Windows 7 / 10.

- Experience in a 1st Line position
- Knowledge of Microsoft environment (Active Directory / Windows 7 & 10)
