Robert Walters is engaged with a national retail business that specialises in providing a range of products and services to a national consumer base. They operate in excess of 900 stores and have continued to grow year on year. As part of their IT strategy, they are expanding their IT environment and building a ‘greenfield’ technology team out of their Walsall head office. They are keen to appoint several Technical Support Analysts, paying a salary range of £20,000 to £31,000 based on experience.
As an experienced Technical Support Analyst, you will work on escalated incidents, provide resolutions in addition to working with other technical departments across development and senior infrastructure.
Technical Support Analyst: Duties
- Investigate and resolve escalated incidents
- Ensure upkeep of technical documentation
- Work with the overall IT department on fixes
- Stakeholder management
- Logging incidents
- Support at a 2nd/3rd Line level – based in experience
Technical Support Analyst: Technical Experience
- Windows O/S
- Desktop support
- SQL – Application Support, Scripting
