As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be based in the Central London offices – paying a salary range of £30,000 to £38,000 plus benefits.
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will support the groups infrastructure and ensure upkeep of hardware and software platforms. You will also work with business leaders on escalations and system support issues.
Technical Support Analyst: Role Duties
- Ensure upkeep of key business systems and provide resolutions
- Log incidents and provide technical support
- Maintain software and hardware
- Communicate incidents, updates and solutions to business leaders
- Document processes and update as needed
- Daily system backups carried out
- Contribute to maintenance and projects
Technical Support Analyst: Experience
- Desktop support
- Windows Server 2003
- Active Directory
- Networking – LAN, TCP/IP
- Windows 7, Desktop Operating System
- MS Office 2010
- Microsoft Exchange and Outlook
- VMware 4.1 (Desirable)
