As a 3rd Line Application Support Analyst, you will be based in Walsall – paying a salary range of £30,000 to £40,000 plus benefits.
As a 3rd Line Application Support Analyst you will ensure European applications are delivering services. You will have regular contact with business leads, addressing issues, incidents and root cause analysis. In addition, you will advise on implementation into production to ensure delivery of applications and products.
3rd Line Application Support Analyst: Role Duties
- Investigate application incidents
- Perform business requests for applications in line with SLA’s
- Engage with business leads across technology to progress resolution to issues/implementation
- Lead business projects into production
3rd Line Application Support Analyst: Experience
- Background of: Application support, Development or Testing
- Experience API’s and Webservices
- SQL – MS SQL, complex SQL queries
- Object orientated programming
- Logical/Systematic approach to problem resolution
- Agile working
- Middleware integration tools
