We are currently looking for a Service Desk Manager to manage a team of 1st & 2nd line Service Desk Analyst for a client based in Manchester. This role will require you to develop incumbents and build a best in class service culture.
The team will need encouragement and a strong leadership style to help build a team that would provide a centre of excellence and ethos of quality. We are looking for someone who has previous experience of improving current standards and encouraging better handling of service.
