A Technical Analyst is required to join a Professional services business based in Manchester to respond to technical issues raised and provide technical analysis for systems. Experience in Microsoft products is required and demonstrable experience supporting CRM systems is beneficial.

Operating across several business functions the business have naturally grown to an impressive level.
The Technical Analyst will join the infrastructure team and work alongside the technical departments to assist with any issues and see what solutions that can suggest. When tickets are raised the technical analyst will review and delegate where suitable and document process changes.
Support and review defect tickets
Support the Problem Management process
Support the Service Introduction process by attending meetings and workshops, documenting work instructions and training other team members in the use and support of new services as directed.
