Helpdesk Analyst to join a financial services business to join their infrastructure team to support business staff across mutiple sites. Tasked with problem resolution and escalating tickets. A financial services business, based in Northwich, who offer various banking services on an international scale have an opportunity for Helpdesk Analyst. Priding themselves on high moral standards and customer services the business have been recognised for such standards.
Joining an established team this is a fantastic role to develop helpdesk experience across Microsoft technologies and basic networking. The reason the role has become available is due to a team member moving to another team.
This team look after multiple sites and all employees. Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement will be key. There is a requirement to work on a shift pattern which is between 8:30am - 7pm.
- Technical support for internal business users (Windows 7/2008/2012 server, Microsoft Office).
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network devices, switches, networked printers.
- Approachable and confident telephone manner
