As part of their technology strategy for the UK they are now actively seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to be based in the Central London offices, paying a salary range of £28,500 to £32,500 plus bonus and benefits.
As an experienced Service Desk Analyst, you will support all areas of the business across global units.
Service Desk Analyst – Role Duties
- Take ownership of issues, whilst working closely with end user
- Work to SLA’s and agreements
- Provide 2nd line support for all IT solutions
- Work closely with vendors and business units
- Contribute to the knowledge base and new processes
- Provide support across global projects
Service Desk Analyst – Experience
- Windows 7/10, Internet Explorer, Active Directory
- MS Office 2013 suites
- ITIL Knowledge
