As part of a restructure and promotions within the technology function, they are keen to appoint a Desktop Support Engineer to lead second line client facing support.
As an experienced Desktop Support Engineer, you will provide technical support on escalated queries, by providing both remote and client facing support to senior partners nationally whilst working closely with third line technical teams.
Desktop Support Engineer – Role Duties
- Provide desktop support on escalated incidents
- Liaise with external clients and partners on resolution
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ownership of projects and incidents
- Monitor systems and implement enhancements
Desktop Support Engineer – Technical Experience
- Windows 7/10
- Windows Server 2003/2008
- Active Directory
- MS Office 365 and earlier
- Hardware – Laptop, Desktop, Tablet
