Robert Walters is working in partnerships with an international law firm, they specialise in providing expert legal services across all industries such as, but not limited to: Energy, Financial, Technology and Manufacturing. Due to continued growth and investment, they are keen to appoint an experienced Senior Cyber Security Analyst on a permanent basis, paying a salary range of £50,000 to £60,000 plus bonus and hybrid working from their Birmingham offices.
As an experienced Senior Cyber Security Analyst, you will assist the technology practise in developing/maintaining a secure application environment across, endpoint, server, storage, firewall and network infrastructure for international offices.
Senior Cyber Security Analyst: Duties
- Manage network, firewall and security infrastructure
- Ensure upkeep of security monitoring systems against unauthorised access
- Analyse network and application traffic flow
- Represent Change Advisory Board for approvals and security requests
- Work with Enterprise Systems Management – reducing events and incidents
- Check output of vulnerability scanning and server-based anti-malware software
- Resolve security incidents along with incident response team
- Monitor developments in technology that would benefit group
- Create/Develop InfoSec policies
Senior Cyber Security Analyst: Experience
- Microsoft estate, VMware, Citrix Enterprise software
- Networking – Cisco environment
- Working across mission critical systems
- Security patch management
- Nessus / Tenable.io vulnerability scanning solutions
- Problem resolution within VMware or Citrix environment
- Large scale enterprise IT systems
- Windows Active Directory security
The permanent opportunity for a Senior Cyber Security Analyst will pay a salary range of £50,000 to £60,000 plus bonus and hybrid working from their Birmingham offices.
