Security Operations Manager – Manchester
£85,000 Per Annum + Bonus (Flexible working)
An International Facilities Management Company are looking for a Security Operations Manager to join their growing team, reporting directly to the CISO. They have offices across the world and with their continued expansion, need an Operational Security Manager to joint heir team.
You’ll lead the Operational Security function, having responsibility for the implementation and development of procedures and policies, as well as maintenance of Security Solutions.
The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- Coordinate the maintenance and deployment of regional Security processes
- Act as the final escalation for security incidents
- Bringing in automation principles
- Establish budgets and forecast for the Security Function
- Own the entire security vulnerability remediation process
The key skills and experience required:
- Experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK
- Knowledge of OWASP and NIST
- Experience in a Cloud environment (Azure and AWS)
Desirable:
- Knowledge of security standards (Cyber Essentials, ISO2700x, PCI DSS)
- Experience in DevSecOps
Working across the UK and Ireland, you’ll be the SME for Information Security processes and vulnerability management. You’ll be responsible for the Security Operation, from detection, to remediation to the development of new procedures and policies.
