Hunt, analyse, mitigate and resolve threats
Analyse Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) of adversaries
Produce reporting around key threat themes, mitigation's, likely attack vectors, vulnerabilities and potential future threats
Ensure IT solutions and technologies are implemented and maintained securely
Develop IT Security response playbooks, test, refine and influence future actions
Advise on key data protection/GDPR issues
Use SIEM, next generation real-time monitoring solutions to identify and respond to threats
You’ll be passionate about IT security, ideally, you’ll have certifications, but don’t worry if you don’t, my client looks beyond the usual criteria and norms, so don’t worry if you don’t fit the typical mould – you’ll be judged on talent, intrigue and capability.
You’ll have a strong and deep technical background, understanding security requirements, issues and attacker TTPs. You’ll have experience in say: infrastructure / software development / database / network security…
- Certifications of interest: CISSP, CREST, SANS GIAC, TIGER, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISM, ISO27001, CiSP
Ability to analyse across multiple IT Security toolsets
