Robert Walters is working in partnership with a global energy business, focusing across renewable and smart home technology. They are a Global 500 market leader and recognised as true industry leaders, a ‘super major’ within energy with annual profits more than $5 billion. Following acquisitions, they are expanding their technology offering. Due to continued growth, they are building a green field UX team across mid-level, senior and lead UX Designers, paying a salary range of £34,000 to £65,000 based on experience and home based.
As an experienced UX Designer (Mid-level, Senior and Lead), you will work within the digital product team, creating innovative and intuitive digital products to enhance the customer experience.
UX Designer (Home Based) – Duties
- Work closely with product owners, UX researchers and UX designers
- Take insights from customer research, analytics to continual improve commercial performance
- Experience of UX or product design related role
- Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes
- Research, conceiving, sketching, user-testing experience for digital products
- Design/Deliver experiences for wide range of devices/interfaces
- Design solutions to resolve problems
- User-centric design approach and test/iterate designs
- Collaborate with UI developers, establish design patterns
Experience in any of the following:
- UX software experience Sketch, Figma, Marvel, Adobe, JIRA
- Experience of working in Agile
